Partner Stretch (30 minutes): Experience mind/body release as you are physically guided into positions and stretches that will help to increase your flexibility, relaxation and fully engage the senses.
Warrior Workout (60 minutes): Go beyond the traditional workout mentality and experience the benefits of total mind/body/spirit training. Build skills, strength and techniques that can be both used in and out of the gym. Various training methods include martial arts, kickboxing, boxing, strength training, yoga and meditation.
